Applicant must be a Vermont student pursuing a certificate or undergraduate degree in nursing (practical nursing, licensed practical nursing, or registered nursing) at an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.
Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, essay, and recommendation letter.
