Scholarship Mission
To provide scholarships to Hawaii residents of Filipino ancestry.
Qualification Requirements
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii and be of Filipino ancestry; must be attending a college or university in Hawaii; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
