To provide financial assistance to students who are pursuing their educational goal.
Applicants must be residents of Sarasota County for post high school education; populations, particularly communities of color, immigrants, persons with disabilities, and single mothers. Crucially, nearly half of this funding will address the mental health needs of families and children by connecting individuals with treatments, therapists, and networks of support.
Recipients are selected based on financial need and on their educational objectives.
