To provide college or another methodist college, and those studying marine science, nursing, ministry, medicine, the humanities, agriculture, biology or other basic sciences.
Applicants must be students from Gloucester County.
Selection of recipients will be based on financial need and the scholarship criteria; preference will be given to students from the York District attending Virginia Wesleyan College or another Methodist college.
