To support Hawaii students attending Tulane University as graduate students studying medicine.
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii; must be a full-time graduate student at Tulane University studying medicine; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must demonstrate financial need. If there are no candidates attending Tulane University as a graduate student studying medicine, then scholarship will be granted to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student attending Washington University located in St. Louis, Missouri.
