To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grantmaking in such fields as arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs.
Applicants must be a local resident wishing to continue their education in a college, university, vocational or technical setting; Financial need is a consideration but academic excellence is not.
Recipients are selected based on financial need.
