Applicants must be Auburn, Carolinas, Louisiana, Virginia; must be 1st Year, 2nd Year, 3rd Year, 4th Year Students.
Selection is based on how well the applicant addresses the essay topic, strength of the idea, quality of the research, and the quality of the writing.
