To assist students pursuing select programs at Minnesota State or SCTCC.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Minnesota; must be a high school graduate or have a GED; must have applied to a SCTCC qualifying program and enroll for at least nine credits; must be a new student to the program.
