Purpose for the scholarship
To serve the four county area (Boone, Ogle, Stephenson and Winnebago) through philanthropy; to provide financial assistance for students planning to attend college or are currently in college.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a graduating senior from Winnebago County; must have a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0; and have an EFC of less than 100.

Selection criteria among applicants
Based on academic achievement; financial need; non-traditional students; student athletes; students of color; students pursuing careers in education, STEM, business, fire science, and healthcare.
