Purpose for the scholarship
To encourage students of different backgrounds, educational interests and to promote leadership and diversity in the LGBTQ community.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be residents of Washington who are graduate students in the study of mental health; must be part of the LGBTQ+ community or allies.

Selection criteria among applicants
Priority given to LGBTQ+ students who need it most, for example, those who have faced family rejection and/or systemic barriers to educational access or have demonstrated commitment to advancing justice and the well-being of their communities.
