Requirements to qualify?
Must be resident of Stark County; pursuing vocational or technical education or training within the state of Ohio leading to a degree or certification; nursing students are NOT eligible.

Selection criteria among applicants
Must demonstrate financial need; have diploma or GED; possess the desire and ability for vocational or technical education or training.
