Levels of education pursued qualifying for scholarship

Purpose for the scholarship
To support adults, in recovery from a mental health, behavioral or psychological disability, who are pursuing a traditional or vocational education program.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Maui County, Hawaii; must be attending an accredited, two- or four-year college or university or pursuing a vocational training program at an accredited institution; must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and demonstrate financial need; must be in recovery from a mental health/behavioral or psychological disability and discuss this in a separate essay.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to those of Native Hawaiian ancestry.
