Purpose for the scholarship
To support Hawaiian students pursuing MD or DMV degrees.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii who is attending an accredited two- or four-year not for profit institution in the United States; must be a full-time student pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DMV) degree; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to graduates of King Kekaulike High School, KS Maui, or Seabury.
