Purpose for the scholarship
To support students from West O’ahu high school who are pursuing health or education degrees.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii and a graduate of a West O’ahu high school (Waipahu to Makaha); must be attending an accredited two- or four-year not for profit institution in the United States as an undergraduate or graduate student; must be majoring in a health field (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) or Education (teacher, K-12); must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
