Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to individuals in Hawaii wishing to pursue an education in a health field.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a college senior or graduate student in a health-related field of study at an accredited four-year or above institution in the United States; must be a resident of Hawaii; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to recipients from the previous year.
