Purpose for the scholarship
To support students pursuing degrees in nursing at UH Maui College, especially those pursuing Associates of Science (AS) and certificates of achievement.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii who is enrolled as a student majoring in nursing at UH Maui College (formerly: Maui Community College); must have a minimum 3.0 GPA for undergraduates or 2.0 GPA for AS programs; must demonstrate financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference given to students in the Associates of Science (AS) in Nursing or certificate of achievement programs. Preference also given for applicants of Hawaiian ancestry.
