Purpose for the scholarship
To support students pursuing undergraduate degrees in engineering, computer science, and geology/geophysics degrees.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be an active SHPE Member from Region 1, 5, or 7; must be planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States in the upcoming academic year; must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Industrial Hygiene, Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Occupational Health and Safety, Petroleum Engineering, or Petrophysics; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
