Purpose for the scholarship
To assist students of Portuguese ancestry in pursuing college degrees.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a high school graduating senior; must be applying to enroll in a two-year or four-year university or college, community college, or trade/business school; must be a resident of the United State; must be of Portuguese ancestry; must be planning to major in medicine, education, business, or law; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
