Purpose for the scholarship
To support the advancement of outstanding practitioners by paying tuition to the one-week basic economic development course at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be residing and working in North Carolina; member of NCEDA for the duration of the program; and willing to complete all coursework.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based primarily on financial need, followed by demonstrated professional development and presentation of the application itself.
