Purpose for the scholarship
To support students majoring in a health service related field.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be residents of Kent or Ottawa County; must be majoring in a health service related field at any accredited Michigan college or university; must have a financial need; and must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on the Foundation’s criteria.
