Purpose for the scholarship
To financially support students in pursuit of higher education and also raise awareness for the critical issues of health and well being in our society.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be enrolled in a post-secondary institute for the upcoming semester in the United States or Canada; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection is based on how well the applicant addresses the essay topic, strength of the idea, quality of the research, and the quality of the writing.
