To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education in STEM and health fields.
Applicant must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operator; must be performing at a high academic level or be an at-risk youth with at least two counselor or teacher recommendations as to how and why they have turned their lives around; must be attending an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in a STEM or health-related field; must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of California.
The ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants and make selections. Preference given to residents of San Diego and Imperial Counties of CA.
