To support local students pursuing postsecondary studies in police, EMS, fire, or criminal justice.
Applicants must be graduating seniors from Parkersburg Catholic High School, Parkersburg High School, or Parkersburg South High School; must be planning to attend a four-year institution, trade school, or certificate program; must be pursuing a field of study in police, EMS, fire, or criminal justice; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Selection is based on work ethic, community service, and demonstrated leadership skills.
