We are offering a $1,000 scholarship to further the education of someone who has made sacrifices for a loved one during a time in their life when they needed extra care.
The scholarship is open to any current high school senior, college student, or graduate student for the 2022 semester or anyone going back to school.
Candidates for this scholarship should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in good overall academic standing.
The candidate must submit a 750-1,000 word essay response to the prompt: discuss a time when you had to put the health of another or a loved one first, whether they were suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia, or were at a time in their life where they just needed more help and support. Discuss your experience with helping someone else, what life lessons were gained and how has it changed your outlook on life?
