To provide financial assistance to undergraduates pursuing higher education.
Applicants must be Maine residents with demonstrated financial need who are pursuing graduate education in the mental health field at the University of Maine (Orono) or the University of Southern Maine.
Selection will be given to second-year graduate students with demonstrated commitment and potential; students who plan to work in the public sector rather than the private sector in Maine; and to students participating in classroom setting rather than distance learning.
